APPOINTMENT & BOOKING POLICY

 

Deposits

All services require a non-refundable $40 deposit to confirm your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance on the day of service.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling

One reschedule or deposit transfer is allowed per appointment, up to 24 hours in advance, through the customer portal. More than one attempt to reschedule will result in cancellation of the appointment and forfeiture of the deposit.

 

Late Arrivals

A $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled appointment time. After 15 minutes, the appointment is subject to cancellation and the deposit will be forfeited.

 

Squeeze-In Fee

A $35 squeeze-in fee applies to appointments that are not available through the online booking site. This fee must be paid at the time of manual booking.

 

Accepted Payments

Apple Pay, Cash, and Card on File are accepted for all in-person services.

 

Appointment Etiquette

To ensure a comfortable experience for all clients, no extra guests and no vaping are permitted during appointments.
