Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If a package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please make contact at gh101ceo@gmail.com. The issue will be investigated with the carrier, though replacements cannot be guaranteed for packages confirmed as delivered.
