Product Returns

Returns of unused, unopened products are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please reach out within this window using the contact information below.

 

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products marked as final sale

  • Gift cards

 

Refund Process

Once a returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a damaged or incorrect item is received, please make contact within 48 hours of delivery at gh101ceo@gmail.com with photos of the item. A replacement or full refund will be arranged at no additional cost.
